The staff helped me immediately with my luggage. Saint Anastasia church was right next door. The location proved very convenient. Breakfast featured plentiful options, a classy touch for starting the day.

The gym seemed a bit sad. Some equipment looked BROKEN.

Fantastic Location! Amazing Hotel Experience!

I found that it is very close to attractions like the Arena and Juliet's House. Shopping was also easy with a quick 10-minute walk from the main streets! The rooms are very clean. I especially enjoyed the wooden floors and the nice selection of reading material provided. I thought that the hotel bar and lobby were amazing. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. All these things.

I noticed the TV size in my room seemed a bit small compared to all the other amazing facilities!

My room included daily changes of linen sheets and featured a solid marble bathroom with brass fixtures, which I found was very elegant. The hotel provided good quality towels and toiletries. I really appreciated this attention to detail. The room was well kept.

The rooftop terrace provided amazing views. The bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom amenities were high-end.

The gym equipment was somewhat outdated and limited. I think an upgrade would significantly and align better with the hotel's 5-star status.

superb location helpful staff extensive breakfast outdated gym missing coffee machine courtyard view

The location was superb. I could easily walk to all the major attractions. The staff proved very helpful, especially with directions. I also enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. The variety was excellent (I was particularly fond of the fresh pastries).

The gym was smaller than expected. It seemed a bit outdated (some equipment looked worn). The absence of a coffee machine in the room was also a minor inconvenience. The hallways, while offering nice views, contrasted with my room that overlooked the courtyard.

historic hotel stay

great location delicious food

the hotel location was amazing it was very central i could easily walk everywhere the building itself had great history the breakfast included lots of choice the food tasted delicious. the rooftop bar offered wonderful views of the city the snacks tasted good.

my room seemed smaller than advertised on bookingcom also there were no useful drawers i had to keep many items in my suitcase this made it a little difficult to unpack and organize my belongings.
